La 11ª edizione del Voghera Country Festival ci propone nella serata di venerdì durante i VCF Awards un grande artista: Wynn Williams in acustico!

Wynn Williams é un fiero Americano, cantante country e cowboy da rodeo proveniente dal nord del Texas. Da bambino, quando non si stava occupando delle sue mucche, si metteva a suonare canzoni country tradizionali influenzate da leggende come Strait, Whitley, Jackson, Travis, Haggard e molti altri. Durante i suoi studi presso la Texas A&M, Wynn attaccò gli speroni al chiodo e si buttò a capofitto nel mondo musicale esibendosi sui palchi attorno alle zone centrali e nord del Texas. Con l’uscita del EP di debutto, Words Fly, Wynn Williams é subito diventato un’artista da tenere d’occhio nella scena indipendente. Il suo sound caldo e tradizionale è qualcosa che i fan del country desideravano da tanto tempo. Questo cowboy da rodeo è sulla giusta strada con la sua musica ed è una persona genuina e simpatica.

Il suo primo EP è composto da 6 tracce e condivide storie personali in brani come “The Letter,”  un valzer strappalacrime. “Without You an Me” è un omaggio al vero amore. “Words Fly” è un tuffo nel passato ai tempi in cui Wynn era bambino e il connubio di arrangiamento e messaggio testuale sono qualcosa che nessun fan vorrà lasciarsi far scappare.

Una volta lasciato il college, Wynn ha avuto l’opportunità di esibirsi ad eventi che sognava da tempo, RodeoHouston, la Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, e molti altri.

C’è ancora molto da scoprire per ciò che riguarda questo giovane artista. La sua dedizione, passione e personalità contagiosa lo porteranno lontano in un genere che sta costantemente subendo cambiamenti e dove le sfide sono sempre più ardue.

The 11th edition of Voghera Country Festival present us on Friday evening during the VCF Awards a great artist: Wynn Williams in acoustic!

Wynn Williams is an America loving, country music singing, rodeo cowboy out of North Texas. Growing up, when he wasn’t in the pen dogging steers, he was playing pure country tunes that were influenced by legends like Strait, Whitley, Jackson, Travis, Haggard and more. While studying at Texas A&M, Wynn hung up his spurs and worked steadily on increasing his presence in the music world by playing in venues around the central and north Texas regions. With the release of his debut EP, Words Fly, Wynn Williams quickly became an artist to watch in the independent scene. His warming, traditional country sound is one that has been sought for by country music fans for a long time. This former rodeo cowboy is on the right track with his sound and his real and relatable persona.

By the time the 6 song journey is complete, he shares his own experiences in songs like “The Letter,” which is a heart-wrenching waltz. “Without You an Me” pays homage to inseparable love. Title track “Words Fly” takes you back to the era he grew up in and its musical arrangement paired with it’s lyrical message is not one country fans want to let slip through the cracks.

Since graduating from college, Wynn has had the opportunity to play some of his bucket list shows already including RodeoHouston, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, and many more.

When it comes to this young artist, there is much to look forward to and get excited about. His hard work, passion, and contagiously lovable personality will take him a long way in an ever-changing and challenging business.
