I 309 Troubadours nascono dall’incontro tra The Country Owls e Stefano Dal Compare in occasione di un ingaggio comune. La sinergia tra loro è nata naturalmente come naturalmente è nata l’idea di sviluppare un progetto di collaborazione che li vede tributare il loro amore per gli eroi del Country.
I Country Owls sono un trio acustico di country music fondato da Stefano Sirotti nel 2011, che lo vede assieme a Filippo Bernardi e Federico Baldassarri. Nel corso della loro storia, partita come cover band, hanno tenuto molto concerti e tessuto svariate collaborazioni ed amicizie con molti musicisti country e bluegrass di prestigio e iniziato a produrre anche brani originali, collezionando anche alcune uscite discografiche partecipando alla realizzazione di alcune compilation di artisti vari.Attualmente il loro sound si colloca più propriamente nella nicchia del Bluegrass contemporaneo, conservando una forte influenza proveniente dal country, dall’americana, dal bluegrass e dall’old time music. Attualmente stanno lavorando al loro primo disco.
Stefano Dal Compare: veneziano classe ’83, inizia a 14 anni il suo viaggio attraverso la musica d’oltreoceano con la scoperta dei cantautori quali John Denver e James Taylor, vere e proprie icone della tradizione americana.
Da li al country il passo è breve e dopo qualche anno di apparizioni in solitaria (voce e chitarra acustica), nel 2011 diventa il leader della Sweet River Country Band. Da segnalare tra le sua performance, il live nel dicembre 2015, assieme al cantante americano Buddy Jewell, del quale è un grandissimo fan.
The Country Owls e Stefano Dal Compare assieme sono i 309 Troubadours: quattro ragazzacci innamorati delle storie e del suono più autentici della country music che hanno rubato il nome alla strada che unisce le loro città.

The 309 Troubadours are born from the meeting between The Country Owls and Stefano Dal Compare during a common engagement. The synergy between them was born naturally as naturally the idea was born of developing a collaborative project that sees them pay their love for the heroes of the Country.
The Country Owls is an acoustic trio of country music founded by Stefano Sirotti in 2011, which he sees together with Filippo Bernardi and Federico Baldassarri. Over the course of their history, playing as a cover band, they have held a lot of concerts and collaborations and friendships with many country and bluegrass musicians of prestige and started to produce original pieces, collecting some record releases and taking part in some compilations of various artists. Nowadays their sound is more appropriately placed in the niche of contemporary Bluegrass, retaining a strong influence coming from Country, Americana, Bluegrass and Old Time Music. They are currently working on their first record.
Stefano Dal Compare: born in ’83, he began his journey through the music of overseas with his discovery of singer-songwriters like John Denver and James Taylor, true icons of the American tradition.
From there to Country the pace is short and after a few years of solo appearances (voice and acoustic guitar), in 2011 becomes the leader of the Sweet River Country Band. Among his performances, the live in December 2015, together with the American singer Buddy Jewell, of which he is a huge fan.
The Country Owls and Stefano Dal Compare together are the 309 Troubadours: four bad boys in love with the most authentic stories and sounds of country music that have stolen the name from the road that unites their cities.
